Reseller hosting
« on: March 15, 2011, 01:01:04 pm »
i'm thinking of getting a reseller hosting account as i also manage a few domains for not for profit organizations. After my experience with justhost I want to move anyhow so now is the chance to give each organization their own control of their domain management should they want it.

I've found an english hosting comopany that looks mok but also an american one that allows 10x the transfer rate and would be a bit cheaper. As me and everything is based in the UK is using a service with a datacentre in the US (Dallas) going to be an issue ?

not really, it depends on the size of the website and the amount of visitors

if you have limited bandwidth and all you have are visitors, then at some point they will unable to surf your web, you wont lose a cent, but if you have potential buyers that cannot surf, you wont get a cent.
ps: and it also depend on what material you are providing... video? HD video? pictures? text only?
