White Paper on Fake Battery Packs

Thought this might be of some interest to some. As I have been using more and more lithium batteries (mostly protected 4Ah 18650s and little premade USB charger boards) in things I have been working on of late, I found it interesting.

Excess flux can cause short-circuits in a battery pack?  News to me!
