I have recently purchased iPhone 14, now facing a problem that when anyone call me, my ringtone sound loudly but after few seconds it automatically decreased. I have checked with all of my ringtone but found the same. Even I saw few tutorials and tried but didn't see any updates. My ringer volume taken max level and enabled Toggle but failed.
Please help me and thanks in advance.

Lol,
This is normal behavior and means once the phone rings, you are looking at the phone. The phone is capable of knowing you are aware it is ringing and is called "Attention Aware" which is a setting you can turn off if you'd rather your phone continue to ring at the loudest volume.
To me, it's a FANTASTIC feature. I don't need my phone to ring as loudly once I'm looking at my phone and people around me appreciate this feature as well.
However, if you'd like to turn Attention Aware off, go to Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features
Other than that I can think of nothing else than limits of the speaker/amp, maybe thermal, maybe range? Too much lows in the ringtone?

You're listening to the ringer wrong.

This issue used to happen on my iPhone 11 as well and how I fixed it was by going into Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware idea. You can try applying this method, good luck.

So it is real?
I specifically made a ringtone that is the opposite. It starts soft and gets loud. Basically by making sure the frequency is within the optimal range of the small speakers.

Seems like this happens often on Android phones too
