The 640×360 podcast feed is now available as a Bit Torrent from BitLove.org For those who prefer to get their files that way. And likely much faster too than the current cheap shared server were my podcast files are hosted. It is also helpful if those who can, use the Torrent feed, as my host [...]

I understand xml feed is to be dropped. My podcatcher failed to relay the last XML post since it only responds to media updates of new files. The last post had no media hence I had no clue.

I can't do bit torrent here. I cant sit around and nurse a PC while it downloads a file at a snails pace. Or youtube either. I barely get 360p youtube without choppy-ness. Even when I try and pause and "read-ahead" the player stops pulling data down the pipe.

My DSL router is too far away from the DSLAM. What I do is rely on a unix server snorting everything slowly while I'm at work. So BT or YT is hardly an option.

The file server bandwidth hit is high for a reason Dave. It's convenient and it's miles better than youtube. There is more to life than youtube views, mate.
