Samples from Analog Design (AUS/NZ)

According to this page, samples are available in Australia
https://www.analog.com/en/support/customer-service-resources/sales/samples_country_availability_list.html

However, when I try to add samples to the shopping card, and choose Australia as a country, it says "Online samples are not available for the country selected". Selecting other country from the list doesn't give the error (mostly, for example New Zealand also not available).

Anyone knows what's the issue?

I tried multiple chips, cheap and expensive. Doesn't matter.
