Title: Seeking "Tasman Turtle Robot" project from Electronics Today International

I'm interested in the "Tasman Turtle Robot" referenced here:

Branch A., Tasman Turtle Robot, Project 645, Electronics Today International, April 1982.

Locally (USA), I cannot find the magazine, which started in Sydney.  Does anybody know where I might find this article?

Silicon Chip now own all rights to EA and ETI.
You can likely get back issues from them.

For anybody else seeking articles from Electronics Today International, I've found two sources:
