Siemens FZJ 101 info/replacement?
« on: August 12, 2018, 11:59:49 am »
I have device with a failed fzj101, they are available on aliexpress but might ask here first.
It's some logic device in dip16 powered from a 15V rail (7815).
Anybody has info (datasheet) or suggestion for a equivalent part?

First page of search results for FZJ101...
http://mirror.thelifeofkenneth.com/lib/electronics_archive/SiemensAnalogIntegratedCircuitsDataBook1976-77_text.pdf

It's a "JK-master-slave-flipflop with two J and K inputs" of the "LSL" logic family... https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langsame_st%C3%B6rsichere_Logik

Perhaps the Germans here can find more information than me.

Thanks Amyk, didn't find those links myself.
Huhm, I think I throw the entire board out (24V dc motor speed control).
And replace with something more modern..
