1SS86 Hitachi Diodes Source?

I'm looking for some 1SS86 diodes to build some lectenna's. I'm told the Hitachi's are the best but are no longer in production.

There seems to be a few sellers of these on the 'ol AliExpress, but I have only slightly more faith in getting genuine articles from AE than I do from Wish.

Does anyone have experience buying these from AliExpress, or have a trustworthy source for these?

I'd be open to other Schottky diodes as well, but from what I understand these are the most sensitive.

Mouser or Digikey, LCSC for direct from China, you'll probably find through hole selection limited. 1N5711 might work.

Assume cheap eBay/Amazon/Ali small signal diodes are all 1N4148.

If you want sensitivity a high efficiency LED is probably equally important.
