Simple Water- Bottle Ventilator Machine,Any One Can Build !

During corona-virus (covid 19) outbreak many hospitals are lacking ventilator machines, therefore upon close observation i stumbled upon a very simple way to make ventilator machine this machine provide noninvasive type of ventilation,and the setup is so simple that is only uses bucket full of water and empty plastic bottle ,i am sharing this idea to save possible life's in this covid -19 situation. Stay home saty safe

Guy's i need your support to share this idea , god knows someone might be not geeting access to professional ventilators ,better something than nothing.

Well, your idea is very ingenious, but the specs required for a ventilator that might be able to save 1 in 5 lives of Covid-19 patients requiring ventilation (the current score when using professional equipment) might be much higher. Patients are intubated (face masks don’t suffice), pressure (including the partial pressure of oxygen) has to be tightly controlled and the machine respiratory cycles have to be synchronized with patient’s (so they don’t work against each other). You also need the capability of suctioning fluids out of the lungs.

I haven't seen that in any of these Ford, Telsa, exc ventilators.

Maybe nobody told them. I’m no expert in any way (have never been at any end a ventilator tube), but in a condition in which 4 out of 5 ventilated patients die asphyxiated, in pain, drowned in their own secretions, wouldn’t you want a suction line available (not that it would necessarily change the outcome…)?

That's not part of what a ventilator does. Endotracheal tube suctioning is a manual procedure using an aspirator. Having a distinct suctioning port is a feature of some endotracheal tubes.

Thanks for explaining. With or without a suctioning port, you still need an endotracheal tube, which a face mask style device doesn't have by design.

Well, yes, but endotracheal tubes aren't usually made by companies that manufacture intensive care ventilators, they're a completely separate product with a standardized connector.
