Rigol DP1308A firmware updates

Am I the only one who has trouble contacting rigol about firmware updates ? I sent them numerous emails from their contact in their website about firmware updates for the DP1308A (a $900 power supply should be supported correctly) and I never even got an answer !.

Did you get it? I call rigol and tell them if they find firmware they will send it to me. But few days ago, nothing.
If you have it ,give me one please. Thank you!
