SMD Identification

MIATA:
Can anyone help identify this I.C. (U11) in my Fisher F22 Metal Detector. The Marking Code on it is BWWY. It's an SOT-23-6 package. I've tried all of my SMD Marking Code sites and can't find it on any of them. I think it is probably a voltage regulator, but not positive. I know that Pin 6 is Vcc and Pin 2 is Gnd. (Vcc is 3V). Not sure about the other pins without further reverse engineering. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

MCP1640B
ALT1128TR

Thanks for the info!!! It definitely looks like a likely good number. Looking at the Datasheet for MCP1640B, I don't see where they spell out the Marking Code of BWWY, but the pinout looks good. Looks like it might be hard to find this part available in an SOT23-6 package. How did you find this number as a cross? Thanks again for your help!!

https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/20002234D.pdf page 21,

Don't rule out ALT1128TR (but at first glance it may be a clone)
MIATA:
Yep, I saw the marking codes on page 21. The ALT1128TR looks like it may be even harder to find than the MCP1640B. Looks like out of stock and long lead times on both. I'll keep looking. Let me know if you would happen to see any source for either of these. Thanks again for finding these!
