for the price 29nzd its a really nice phone i would love to keep using it but about 3months the battery was quite swollen so i need a replacement one

There's a good chance as it's a Chinese smartphone that it's a standard battery so dive into Alibaba with capacity and dimensions and you will probably find it.

Enter the engineering mode menus and check what voltage the battery is being charged to. Some of these may have defective circuitry or wrong settings (e.g. 4.35 instead of 4.2) that always overcharge the battery and cause swelling.
