Thanks for the link. But it is a different manufacturer. Do you think that it will work and the IC drivers are the same?

I have a breakout board from Adafruit with it's big brother (the SSD1351).  It's easy to program (I'm using PIC microcontrollers).  I wrote my own driver in C within a week.  The most difficult part is creating a font.

You asked for a part that matched the specifications, not the exact part made by a specific manufacturer.

I couldn't find the driver IC used for the part that you linked to. If it uses the SSD1331 then the drivers should work. I also couldn't find the connector pinout for your part. The number of pins and the pinout  may be different between the two.

Attached are the specifications for the SSD1331 with its command set.  Also attached the schematic of Adafruit's breakout board.

Edit:  Updated schematic.
