why use a fan-forced activated carbon filtration unit whan a small ventilation fan, same vacuum cleaner hose pipe & window port will do.
we have kitchen range hoods & wood stoves have chimney pipes. so why not just add a plexiglass sheet
with an air port into a window as you would a window air conditioner. my lab room is well-ventilated room as it is.
so solder smoke is not a problem for the limited amount of soldering work I do.
I still wonder why so many soldering stations are in unventilated rooms with no accessible window?
requiring closed loop fan-forced carbon filtration units.
