Soldering - Advanced levels.
« on: October 07, 2018, 05:44:19 pm »
Right, I am not saying that woman can't solder, because I am not, they are often very good at it.

But I AM saying THIS woman never used a soldering iron in her life.

See if you guys can spot the problem?

I love how they ALMOST pulled off the whole professional electronics lab theme.

The soldering iron appears discolored as in it has actually been used and isn't just one they bought to use as a prop. It also looks too cheap to be worth trying to buy a used one. Maybe they plugged it in just to make it look used, but then wouldn't it be obvious that's not the right way to hold it? I think the picture was purposely staged wrong because they know it would go viral.

I checked out the watermark on the picture, its from a Malaysian stock image company. I am convinced this is a real photo.

This is soldering on hard mode. After you master it, you don't feel the pain anymore, and it allows you to be more precise.

I also like how that lab looks more like a chemical or biology lab or something.   :-DD

This may ignite a few flames from PCers, but it's gotta be said

For starters this may be a Lady Boy  :-//

The soldering iron is not plugged in as the planned photo shoot prop was most likely a 'Best FlooQ' badged multimeter  :-DMM

What is he/she/it? going to solder on that PC motherboard anyway... from the top side ?!

Yes, it can sorta be done (if one knows what needs to be done) but I'll bet he/she/whatever can't cut it.

The background scenario looks like a place where they test washing powders and dish detergents,
assuming it's not a green backdrop thingie...

Great post btw, good dumbassery giggles are hard to come by and always welcome   ;D :-+
