Tolerance on datasheet says +-.005, so the hole can be .062 to .072 diameter. I'd pick the .0625 drill over a .067 unless the material is very hard.
FYI a decent setup and reasonable quality drill, .0625 drill will typically oversize by .0015 +-.005 in steel for a .064+-.005 hole
If you want to be 100% sure, use a .067 reamer
