SparkFun Scrap Boards

I got 3 of these groups of boards today and I have no idea what they are, the only writing on them is "V14".  Anyone have any idea what they are?

top: CR2032 battery holder
bottom: 8 pin SOIC RTC, 32 kHz xtal
