Special type of ribbon cable

I am looking for a ribbon cable that matches the attached drawing.

I made the drawing based on the ribbon cable on the attached picture.

I have looked on tme, mouser, arrow, farnell, rs components, digikey and arrow but I haven't find anything similar.
