I'd love to validate my email address as I want to open a support case with them.

Unfortunately the hyperlink in their email to validate my email was:

<a style="text-decoration: none; color: #ffffff; outline: none;" href="&amp;leadid=" target="_blank">Validate now[/url]

and of course there's no way to contact them to tell them about the problem if you aren't registered :(  Catch 22!

If anyone from ST is here, maybe you can do something to get this insanity fixed!

David

I tried registering again, and this time it sent a link that seemed to make sense, but sadly that reported the link had been used or had expired!  So still cannot register!!

Do they employ idiots to write their website?  :box:

Yes, the registration thing on ST's website is a pile of crap.

I stopped attending ST webinars because weird things happen with registrations. Confirmations not received, registration info is not stored (causing re-entering same information every time even if the page says you need to do it only once ), last straw was when they sent an invite to a webinar which was aired 6 months ago, to which i did not get a confirmation back then. ST is weird when it comes to interaction.
