I need something easily attachable with raspberry pi. So at least display with good C++ lib and example.

It can be slow, doesn't need to be color, large, 4-5" or more in diameter and with good illumination.

As cheap as possible please!

Could somebody suggest something? Preferably those that you used...

How about one of those car backup camera LCDs? Just plug it into the composite output and use normal graphics library.

Why does it have to have good ilumination?
To make it sunlight readable?
There are quite a few not that pricey monochome LCD modules wich have very good readability in sunlight.
