I was lucky enough to grow up around a Tektronix 556. The later 500-series scopes are some wonderful stuff and quite solidly built compared to some of the fiddly switches on later stuff.

That is one nice scope. I love Paul's video. He does a great job on them. I really do not understand why he does not have more subscribers. He is also a very nice person.
