Wow 1hour + 30 min , But it is enjoyable .

I am close to 42 of age , and recently find out that I have sugar in my blood,
and so the subject of this video instantly ring a bell to me.

And so I watch it all , and it was easy to understand, the most of it,
most medical terms comes from the Greek language, and this makes things more easy.

I will agree with this theory, and I had adjust all ready my food as he suggests too.

Thanks for the link.
An truly worthy video.

My father has been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a few years ago but he keeps it under control solely by controlling the amount of carbohydrates he eats but it's a case of locking the stable door after the horse has bolted ie he will never be cured of it.

I now avoid fizzy drinks and candy bars like the plague.
You can do anything with the right attitude and a hammer.
