But the difference is, that on the Earth, there are billions of creatures around, that are affected by the climate. On Mars, there are just a few rovers cruising around from time to time and a change in the climate doesn't really affect them. But on Earth...

Aren't those rovers solar driven? so they are renewable energy powered, and that doesn't seem to have slowed down the man-made climate change there.
