Test meters used by the professionals.
« on: December 10, 2012, 09:45:53 pm »
I had to get a replacement light switch today for the bathroom, I went into a local supplier who are also electrical contractors and now also solar power installers, so I picked up one of their flyers.
It was not until I got home that I noticed the test meter in the photograph, which pictures the owner of the business himself, Tony drake. Whatever it is it certainly does not look like a fluke more like £2.99 cheapo.

....marketing and posing for the photographer. It's probably sth. out of the toolbag he just grabbed for a quick photo..... or maybe he didn't want to violate Fluke's copyright or be safe or whatever.....

Double fail.   ;D

It took me all of 2 seconds to realize that the pic is a stock image.  It's not the owner of the company.  It's just a picture of some dude that the graphic artist downloaded - and photo-shopped their logo on.
