Title: Testing ESD with insulation tester?

I remember watching a video where someone shocked a bunch of PCBs with an insulation tester (or perhaps a different high voltage generating device (tesla coil?)) to see if the high voltage spark would break any components. I thought it was Dave, but I couldn't find the video.

Anybody know the video I'm talking about?
