I also noticed an old 70s era analog oscilloscope in one scene. It may have been a Tektronix 485, but I'm not sure. The 70's blue plastic also seemed out of place among the transparent oled screens and such.

No, I generally hate 3D movies.

I watched it twice in digital 3D and regular, IMO the 3D isn't that emphasized and you wouldn't really miss out.
