Starting my own video blog
« on: April 16, 2014, 01:19:34 am »
Hey Guys,
I've been building electronics and robotics projects as a hobby for a while now, and I lucked out and actually make a living doing it. I use to make short videos just showing off the little things i build, but after watching the EEVblog for about 2 years now, i am inspired to make some more in-depth videos.

I started a new channel on youtube called SchapiroBotics. So far i've posted two videos. The first is a more in-depth look at an LED maze game i built years ago, and the second in a walkthrough on how to start programming avr microcontrollers using a mac.

Thanks Dave for the inspiration, and doing what you do. I hope some of you can find my videos useful as well. The links below are for my youtube channel, and my website.

thanks!

if you check out the link below, it there are brief summaries of the projects i'm worked on while at Carnegie Mellon. Next time you make it to the states, if you find yourself in pittsburgh, i would love to give you a tour of the world leader in robotics.

I hope to cover more of my work in depth. I have a feeling, many people would love to learn the insides of the electric cars i've built.

Just maybe  ;D
You could make a full time channel out of DIY electric car videos I'm sure.

Even a cheap $5 clip-on "computer mic" would improve your audio 1000%
Looking forward to your posts.

thanks for the feedback. I recently acquired a "go mic" to plug into my computer. I used for the first time in the "programming an avr on a mac" video. Hopefully that sounds reasonable. But yeah, I've been meaning to get a clip on mic as well.
