That in Mainland would not work because of the latent corruption in every step of the ladder, and you can see by how the water quality is in the country, where most of the water is contaminated with heavy metals and improper to drink, and the tap water in cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen are acceptable but need filtration nor boiling to be used in meal preparations. This year from what I know there wasn't yet a big typhoon to hit the South of China Sea, when normally there are at least 3 by now, but heavy rains had been happening, basically most of the month of May and June were heavy mossons in the Guangong Province. I don't know how it was in the Fujian province, in line with the Taiwan Island. |
