Looks like an IBM rip-off. Not that the Soviets ever did that kind of thing. Just saying.

At 1:04 (2:40) it is something like
Saratov (Saratov-2)
. It is a PDP-8/PDP-11 clone.
At 7:20 it is ES1052 - a IBM System/360, IBM System/370 clone.

Yes, but you have to have some very strong assistants to move and rotate the racks.
