| The world longest lasting battery, 176years old! |
| (1/1) |
| ErikTheNorwegian:
There’s a bell in the Clarendon Laboratory at Oxford University that has been ringing since 1840. The researchers don’t know the exact composition of the cell that’s powering the bell. They are also afraid that opening the bell might ruin the setup. Its power source holds the Guinness World Record for the “world’s most durable battery.” https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxford_Electric_Bell |
