Welcome to my world as my girlfriend has OCD. Underneath the kitchen sink are sixty or so bottles and cans of cleaning materials plus another dozen or so underneath the bathroom sink. Each weekly shop she will purchase another two or maybe three cleaning products. Our vacuum cleaner is one of the bagless types and after use she dumps the fluff and dirt then washes the canister in hot soapy water before polishing it inside and out.

Get her a Rainbow vacuum cleaner, she will love it, it uses water to filter, no fluff and dust and it's 'normal' to wash it after use.

My observations on cleaning :
1) it takes no more effort to vacuum 6 months' dust than 1 weeks', so why waste time doing it often

2) Equilibrium theory of external glazing :
Dirt on uncleaned outside windows eventually reaches an equilibrium state.
Evidence :
My windows haven't been cleaned in years, but are no more dirty than when I moved in
