Two comments from this amateur:  Isn't that MCU kinda overkill?  And why the OLED?...A power supply gets used a lot and OLEDs don't have the best lifetime.

Other than that, isn't it your basic PWM controlled supply?

It's supposed to be based on Dave's design...

Aren't they all these days?  It's a $3 part instead of the $2 ATmega328 that was originally used...
And it operates at full speed at 3.3V, and had dual SPI ports (according to the website.)

I don't particularly get the OLED.  To me, the purpose of a homemade power supply is to be significantly cheaper than a bought supply, or to provide some unique capability.  a "Fancy display" is irrelevant.

I would prefer a larger display for the PSU rather than a OLED one.

As far as the design goes, all the power supply designs share the same fundamental design as dave explained in the PSU deisgn series of videos..

I think it was the first one or may be the second one..

a current sense section, a voltage regulation section and a series pass regulator.

I d think it would be a much more utilitarian to have a larger display which is easily visible from a couple of feet away.
(IMHO 1" 7 segment displays would be perfect)

But, each to his own.
It is a good implementation of the PSU anyway.

Only that the designer of this one even claims he is using Dave's design:

It is based off of the one that Dave Jones of the EEVBlog is building. Mine is slightly different, but has the same major components.
