Top end snake-oil cables

I know its a old topic, so well known its not even interesting anymore. But still, every so often a new high (low) catches my eye.

This was shown in the side of my Amazon.
Some checking showed that is indeed the manufacturer's price.

Amazing. Then again, I am less worried on the likes of Zuckerberg spending $8000 on a hdmi cable then about my brother in law thinking he needs to spend $50
Zuckerberg & co can afford it. (Used as random rich guy name. Not sure if he is sucker enough to fall for this)

The best part is that this is one of the company's "cheaper" products. They also seem to make $38,800 speaker cables.

And I though yesterdays find of $8000 was a new personal high for absurd prices I came across.
But its true. $48500 for 6 mtr speaker cable

Is there *anyone* who actually buys that stuff. Even Saudi prince/Sheiks? Or is this just a display case but their real market the "normal" $100 oxygen free cables.
You  know, so that even people who buy $100 cables can believe they are very sensible and not buying into the crazy stuff.
