Why not by an electronic kit and start your EE(Electrical Engineer) hobby from there.

Are you sure that's a good way to "save money" >:D?

What keyboard is that? That's the smallest margin brown AT style keyboard I have ever seen.

Saw the thread title and thought "You've come to the wrong place mate!"

But I see you actually want to spend money.

Seconded. If I had shit tons of money and the ability to give a damn and the ability to not be lazy and some free time, I would go and do it.

Same is true for a lot of things though.

Why not a decent size (24 inch or bigger) monitor ?

eg dell have this for NZ$289

Dell do have discounts occasionally, so keep any eye on the 'clearance' section of the site.

Never knew Dell to have good monitors. Their 4:3 panels are decent if you can get 9 of them for 90 bucks and build a wall of monitors.

Perhaps a VR headset?
- Sony makes one with HDMI input, that way you don't need a new monitor - it projects a 200inch one in front of you (so I am told)  :-//

Dell make some of the best monitors and are highly regarded.
