Does anyone know if HD pc tv tuners get satellite channels even if you don't have a satellite service?

I doubt it they work the same as conventional receivers but just make the PC do all the work as they are juast a tuning box with relevant circuitry

I think you'll need to illegally decode/decrypt the satellite signals if you're not paying for the service.

Why would you need to do that?

You can get HD for free legally.

He's asking about satellite, not terrestrial broadcast.

I found lots of products using Google.

Obviously, this will only work for free channels, if it's a pay channel, forget about it.

Google for satellite TV tuner PC
