Funny how it is sometimes implied that GKH could have, within his rights, rejected the K.C.o.C.

Yeah, the top developers were bullied into accepting the CoC. It is always a sad day when a project is forced to implement CoC.

But the spirit of CoC is not to be dicks to each other, and knowingly submitting malicious code pretty much falls into being a dick.
