It's a very early RCA Opamp, built with discrete components and then potted.

Google has been vacuuming up every single book in existence, I have seen some very old databooks on there.  Not sure, you might need a google play subscription to read them, but it's worth a look - I have seen the 1960's motorola databooks so the RCA/GE ones might be there too.
