AliExpress. Search for "Kailh 9" there (where the "9" apparently just means a size in mm).

Thanks for your answer, i've seen when i've uploaded the photo that the axle is broken and a pat of it is in the encoder, it seem to be a polystyrène part.
A nylon part should last forever  ;D
