Incubators?
« on: January 19, 2022, 03:07:52 am »
What is nvolved i setting up an incubator. I have some business neighbors and they have lotof space they want to rent out and it would be ideal for beginning busineess, even very big ones as its totally set up to work withhuge work pieces, its realy got a lot of space, its a absolutely huge building. Its also right next to a train that goes straight to new yourk city and has tons of parking. that work with huge things. It even has its own railroad track, and is big enough to be visible from space. Its one of the biggest buildings in northern new jersey. You could assemble rocket ships in there, they have all the infrastructre to do it. It used to be a huge steel warehouse for the beams that went into NYC skycraers came from here. So has railroad tracks, has railroad connectivity into NYC (around 30 min trip) It would be the ultimate New Yrk Area maker space..They have fast internet

Has lots of space. Can be seen from space.. (yes its big)Ideal for business startups. I know they want to rent out space, the bigger the better. Its absolutely hugge

Dammit.  As I read your post, I started getting worried about exactly how many eggs you intend to incubate, until the end.  (I'm writing this at breakfast time.)

It depends.

Have you ever seen the film, "Q"?  (the winged serpent)
