Which ic manufacturer logo is this? Partially scratched off.

This one is partially scratched off the IC. I know the IC takes RGB parallel video data, MJPEG compresses it and writes it to an SD card. I have search for hours for QFP64 chips that does MJPEG compression but no results. I have searched for the same product and similar products to see if a lesser scratched version exists.

I have looked through all the IC logo webpages, and also view manufacturers by logo on lcsc.com. Still I think the small part of the logo looks familiar. Maybe the round part reminds me of Prolific.

Anyone here recognizes it? Appreciate the help.

There are many variants of the product using the same chip, if you search for "FPV DVR". But in most cases the IC is completely without logo (not scratched).

it took a little creative googling and research after examining the pictures here in this thread. Mainly looking up fragments of the chip serial number and then pattern matching the description to websites selling derivative chips. When I found a match showing the manufacturer then I looked up the manufacturer and there it was, a one hung low brand selling exactly what you described. I wonder how negative one got to his photo, that’s the real clue!
