I would, but I refuse to give them the "view" :)
If three 100  Ohm resistors are connected in parallel, and in series with a 200 Ohm resistor, how many resistors do you have?

What the hell... in the first half, is that some meth-crazed attempt to steal copper?

I'm amused that the presumably Russian approach to electricity is connect wire until it works, if it goes bang that is good, more electricity is always good!

It's just a dude who uploaded a few videos and it's certainly not monetized if you're concerned about supporting Russians.

Nope it's just some drank woman who appears to live there, video is called "Funny neighbours". Notice it's December 29, maybe she started "celebrating" New Year a bit too early. Wiring most likely is aluminum and was made in USSR time.

lmfao if your power goes out at new years when you are drunk in eastern europe that can happen

or like super drunk, and there is a useless switch around... convinced you got the right switch or forgot about the other one, then you think the power is out so you go fuck with it

that wiring might be off too, you know it could have gotten spliced in with some weird shit, old mig parts from 1967, etc.

but it does show you how insulation choice is important when low skill operators are likely to be present.

I've been shocked several times in my life while being aproximately 18 million times more careful, then there's that lady grabbing and pulling power wires like removing carrots from earth.
I would take my hat off if I had one!  :-DD
