Your best piece of Electronics Engineering equipment
« on: March 16, 2024, 04:47:59 pm »
Hi,
As you know, no matter what scope/DMM/Spectrum analyser/simulator you use, its your brain that is your best piece of kit.

And if you dont sleep well, then its well known that the brain doesnt function well.

EE's can often spend long periods desk-sitting and simultaneously eating non fibre based foods , and too much sugar.
As well as eating just before bed, which upsets sleep when you have heavy  food in the bowel when kipping.
And all This can cause Diabetes type 2 and "Dead gut syndrome"....both of which cause insomnia and poor sleep.

So the attached shows you how to deal with this.

I know many young players will think this  doesnt apply to them, but its amazing how quickly this can creep up on you.
