Don't they pull the cold air from the back (the side that's completely covered by the floor in that picture)?

There are plenty of heat guns that are designed to be used exactly as pictured. I own at least one like that. The intake is on the side and the back is solid.

Cryptocurrency has taught me to love math and at the same time be baffled by it.

Cryptocurrency lesson 0: Altcoins and Bitcoin are not the same thing.

Another Facebook special.

It does work with the universal Chinese sockets though. Like the idea of being able to have it side entry as well, can be useful. Just really poorly implemented. Plus really only suitable for SELV use as well.115VAC is really pushing it, especially without socket outlets having switches.

🤔Well, there's more to it, not only is the picture trying to match the devil's piece and cram flat contacts into the socket for cylindrical contacts, but the title says POLARIZED and in the photo both contacts are the same width, so the plug is non-polarized. In addition, the lower part of the contacts is not insulated.  :palm:

Texas instruments:
"Hey ladies, check out this PCB probing"

Hey girls, I found out the reason why the brakes are failing when driving at high speeds. This 2k pullup resistor on the i2c clock line is measuring 20K because someone in production put on the wrong reel. Which one of you want to tell the boss that he is about to lose his house and go to prison?

OR

Hey girls, I am so cool, I can measure resistance with only one probe.

Granpa why can't we work on the LED airplane soldering kit, this circuit board doesn't look fun!  :'(

Quiet grandson, I have to see if the soldering iron is up to temp with my fingertip.  :-+
I told my friends I could teach them to be funny, but they all just laughed at me.

Son, I retired as a Boeing engineer years ago. Touching planes now just... It just gives me nightmares OKAY ?!

When welding battery packs, always remember to provide a good earth return through your middle finger [ these could be isolated ferules or you just got unlucky ]

The DC power plug is for decoration as this battery welder runs off of the batteries being welded (If in doubt RTFM)
