What else to do with a magnetic USB cable?
« on: February 05, 2022, 07:32:05 pm »
I have 4 USB cables with magnets, without their corresponding magnetic USB heads.  They have a pogo pin in the middle, just like the ones in the pic, and probably no data transfer (middle pogo pin measures continuity with the +5Vcc pin from the USB plug).  The magnets are very strong.

There's a special kind of fun sticking magnets attached to a wire all around the lab, can also be annoying.  :P

Feels like there should be some interesting use for them even without the micro USB heads, but not sure what.  Any ideas?  ;D
