What is it? Some kind of voltage regulator chip in 32pin QFP
« on: September 12, 2015, 07:05:08 pm »
mobius camera is using such chip. Likely it's some kind of voltage regulator. Unfortunately it is not know what it is, who produces it etc.

Does anyone recognize it?

"ES FG COC"

Main camera chip (NT96650) needs voltages below, so likely that above regulator is able to provide these:

Triple Voltage Power Supply
1.0 V core logic voltage
1.8V / 1.5V DDRII/DDRIII SDRAM interface voltage
3.3V I/O interface and analog circuit voltage

CMOS Sensor Voltages (AR0330) needs:

I/O/Digital 1.7–1.9V (1.8V nominal) or 2.4–3.1V (2.8V nominal)
Digital 1.7–1.9V (1.8 V nominal)
Analog 2.7–2.9V
HiSPi PHY 1.7–1.9V (1.8V nominal)
HiSPi I/O (SLVS) 0.3–0.9V (0.4 or 0.8V nominal)
HiSPi I/O (HiVCM) 1.7–1.9V (1.8V nominal)

PMIC.

looks like three switchers and one or two LDO's.

They make some pretty funky packages for tiny SMT switchmode regs with built in drives

hi it looks like it could be an engineering sample of the  max1802 post production chips sometimes stamped with es (engineering sample)
max1802 =4x4 qfp camera upmic

hope it helps..
