What is this component of Analog Discovery?

in video #692 by Dave in minute 6:20 you can see a component that aroused my curiosity. What is this component? Maybe a quartz?

Hello,

 next question. Near the USB socket are 2 red components. Are they perhaps electrolytic capacitors?
