Looks like the IEC form factor - but with round pins?  Can't say I've come across this.

Is it for mains power?  What are the basic measurements?

It looks quite small but it's difficult to tell from the image. It reminds me of the old Dell laptop power connectors:

it is small like the laptop connector for the dell above
