Hi there!
I've posted there few years ago but I'm still without any solution. When I tried to update, the forum asked me to make a new port so here we are with some new informations:
This was my original topic:

UPADTE:
I could find just only one exemplary of this bulb or lamp there I share pictures, this is exactly what I need to know what it is, brand or datasheet.
The base is E27.
AND the most important, In this VIDEO you can see the lamp working: (I don't know is this usage is the correct usage, the lamp is powered with HV with only a single cable, it runs like a Plasma ball lamp)

Hope you can help me! I have YEARS with this issue... I never could resolve it...
Kindly Regards ;D

voltage regulator, not a lamp
A gas filled 2 electrode device where gas pressure is set to provide a specific voltage of the glow.
The large cylender allows the area of conduction to change with current.
Typically 60..180V at 3..30 ma DC.

How boring, I was thinking of electrodildonics.

My first thought was an IR heat lamp, I've seen similar looking bulbs that had a nichrome coil in them.
