What Soldering Flux will Easy to Be Used and Help Soldering Effect Last Long?

I just wondering what kind of soldering flux is good and can last long time?
What kinds of soldering flux you are using now?
I am using RMA-223, it seems bad and last very short time
Any one give suggestions?

Qualitek, it's in a hand-held wand type thing. Generic I think but does the job well, I cant complain!

You can also get it cheap on eBay (at least in the US).
My opinion... I like it.

Works same as paint markers, so it has a valve in the tip which allows to wet the tip by pressing it gently.

Because I use a Scotle IR360 PRO BGA station,
Actually, I found the reason, just because I bought a high copy flux,

No, no differences.
Just that you'd need to clean the RMA-223

I like the Kester 186 flux pens...technically you don't have to clean the residue because it is non conductive and non corrosive.  Sticky though

Home made flux, just the way you like it :-) Dissolve some colophony in IPA. A common recipe is 35g colophony for 50ml IPA.

That's what I have in my lab, too:

Pros: easy to use, no clean, not too messy after a day or two when left to dry, works fine, does not smoke or smell.

Cons: Dries fast as promised, but I'd like to flux all sides of an IC in one go, the solder all sides, instead of flux a side, solder it, flux a side etc. Wet, like water; sometimes more gel like structure would be better.

Verdict: For me not perfect by any means, but good enough that I haven't started experimenting with other products.
