What tricks they do to hire a Technician!
« on: November 20, 2012, 06:17:21 am »
Share all your tricks! Or what have you been tricked with before?
I have one :
So they hand all the candidates a stack of paper with 50 random questions and they have complete the stack within 30mins
1) They are to read all the instructions and question thoroughly
2) Name on the top right and IC number on the top left
Many of them scratched their head for 2 days being able to complete but didn't pass the test why?
Someone finally passed the test, why?
Question 50 said Do not write anything anywhere on the paper and only 1 person finally did read the instructions and carried it out

The reason why they some of them do it is because as technician instructions are to be wholly read and carried out and it's a good test  :D

My dad told me this story about when he worked for British Areospace.

He said the last thing on his paper said only complete question 7 and 29.

My mom told me way back on an exam she got a similar "Read the exam thoroughly [......] Turn your paper over with nothing written. You have completed the exam." :P Guess it's popular.
